How Do I Place An Order?

Use the shopping cart buttons to process your order through PayPal with a credit card of your choice. You do not need to have a PayPal account to process your payment. For other options (like pay by mail), please see Payment information below.

For custom orders, if you aren't sure what you want and need some inspiration, take a look through the gallery of completed works. Once you have an idea of what you'd like, describe it for me using the Custom Design Request Form.  Please provide as many details as you can about how you want your piece custom made for you.

And don't feel limited by the gallery! If you have an idea for something you'd like made, feel free to send me a sketch or a photo with your vision.  I will let you know whether or not we can bring it to life.


How Do I Get A Price For A Custom Order?
I generally use quality plated metal components to keep pricing low. Sterling and high karat components are available upon request. For custom orders, pricing will vary based on materials used and level of complexity.  Once you submit a request, the price for your custom order and estimated completion time will be provided for your approval before the piece is made.  All pricing is in US currency.

What Are The Shipping Charges?

Shipping within the US:
   USPS First Class Mail - $3.00 (delivery varies)
   USPS Priority Mail - $5.00 (2 days)
   USPS Express Mail - $10.50 (next business day)

Shipping to Canada:
   USPS First Class Mail - $4.00 (delivery varies)
   USPS Priority Mail - $12.00 (2 days)

Other Countries:  Please Inquire

Additional charges may apply for shipment to some areas or for oversized items (over 13 ounces). All sales in the state of Maryland are subject to a 6% Sales Tax. Shipping and sales tax will be added to your cart at checkout.

Customers in the DC/Baltimore area who wish to avoid shipping charges may arrange to pick up their order.


How Do I Pay For My Order?

Purchases can be made online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover using the PayPal shopping cart buttons provided. Google Checkout or payment by mail are available on request. Please provide your contact information and the best time to reach you: contact me.

For special orders, assembly of your design will begin upon receipt of payment. Please allow up to three weeks once payment is received.  Orders can be rushed, though additional charges may apply.

Customer is responsible for all bank fees for cancelled checks or credit card charges.  Custom orders are made to your specifications and are not eligible for return.  Repairs or alterations can absolutely be arranged if necessary.
