Pirate Costume

For our second foray into costumes for our little girl, I went with a pirate / cabin boy outfit. It was a quick and easy costume, and fit in well with our trips to the Renaissance Faire that year. Also, Rory loved wandering around growling "Yarrrr!". 

The top was a simple shirt made from linen, and the pants were a fabric remnant of rough-spun silk that I found on clearance. Add a scrap of leather for a belt, and you're ready to sail the high seas!
